Cơm trộn từ khoai tây và xúc xích ngon tuyệt nhìn đã thấy mê. Hạt cơm dẻo bùi, thơm ngọt kết hợp với khoai tây chiên và xúc xích béo béo cùng nước sốt thật hấp dẫn.
Xúc xích heo, khoai tây cắt thành lát mỏng. Hành tím, tỏi bóc vỏ, cắt mỏng. Hành lá cắt nhỏ.
Gạo tẻ vo sạch, cho ra rổ, để ráo.
Phi thơm 1/2 hành tím, tỏi với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, đảo đều 30 giây. Vớt hành tây, tỏi ra, để ráo dầu.
Cho gạo tẻ vào nồi, đổ nước xâm xấp mặt gạo, cho thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, nấu ở lửa nhỏ. Bạn chú ý nấu cơm bằng bếp thường, không dùng nồi cơm điện.
Trong 1 chảo khác, xào chín khoai tây, hành tím, xúc xích heo với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn.
Khi cơm vừa chín tới, bạn mở nắp nồi, xếp xúc xích và khoai tây vào. Sau đó, đập trứng vào góc còn lại, đậy nắp rồi nấu ở lửa nhỏ. Khi trứng đã chín, bạn mở nắp nồi, rắc thêm hành lá và mè trắng rang lên trên.
Để làm phần sốt ăn kèm, bạn cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo, thêm 3 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng cà phê đường trắng, tỏi và hành tím đã phi vào, đảo đều.
Cơm chín, chan hỗn hợp nước tương lên trên và thưởng thức!
