Tell her you've heard some stuff (maybe tell her like you know it for certain, this can backfire massively if it was an misunderstanding though) and for the sake of your daughter you want to clear the air. For your daughters sake, get a divorce. My parents split up when I was 4 and it went horribly for my dad, but he managed to build his life back up. My sister and I are perfectly fine and happy we didn't have to see our parents break each other in a bad marriage. Only thing I want to say is, make sure your kid isn't living in a suitcase! I lived for 2 days at a time with each parent, and for about 8 years I never bothered unpacking my suitcase. Don't make your daughter live like that and you're fine

This isn't the sort of thing you should ask strangers for advice about, we don't know you or your situation and I doubt it can truly be explained in a few lines. I'll just say that I once found myself in a similar situation though not as bad, I asked several friends for advice and they all said the same thing. I thougth ghey just didn't know her like I did and didn't understand the situation like I did so I didn't listen. Guess who turned out to be right in the end, it was everybody else.

I'm gonna tell you . You divorce her because at the end of the day you can't control her actions and she will just make you miserable. You get joint custody. You don't pay any child support or alimony. If She tries to screw you in court for money You quit your job and take a minimum wage job . If your objectif is the sake of your daugther, what seems the most easiest way for you two to be good parent? be together, and slowly become more and more resentful at each other ? Or being divorced, but still enough cordial to be two good co-parent? Also, try counseling therapy( alone, and in couple). The first will help with the loneliness and betray. The second may help saving the couple, or at least make the divorce more healthy for everyone.
